Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a room with a ping pong table. Cable WiFi internet access. The backyard has a fire pit. The association beach is about a half mile away. Renters cannot access the association beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guests can access the entire house.
