Guest house - pet friendly and peaceful setting!

This quiet house is snuggled back away from town with a beautiful view of the valley. The homes' history suggests it used to be a carriage house! The main house used to be a parsonage, but behind the main house is our carriage (guest) house. This is where you, our guests, will sleep. There is a fully furnished kitchen and 1/2 bath (shower, toilet and sink) with comfortable seating on the upper and main floors. Outdoor seating behind the house and on the back patio helps you relax. The space This quiet house is snuggled back away from the Leonard boulevard with a beautiful view of the valley. The homes' history suggests it used to be a carriage house! The main house used to be a parsonage, but behind the main house is our carriage (guest) house, so the servants quarters would have been above the lower carriage storage on the second floor. This is where you, our house guests, will sleep. There is a fully furnished kitchen and bath (shower, sink, and toilet) with comfortable seating on the upper and main floors. Remember, this is a very OLD house and updates will always need to be made. There are cracks in the molding with the occasional bug wandering in and nicks in the paint but the space is very clean. We usually touch up things in the off season when we are not booked back to back. Outdoor seating behind the house and on the back patio helps you relax while watching nature and listening to the outdoor sounds. Within walking distance to the local Lamont Community Park and historical cemetery, you can take short walks around our little town. The pool, fire pit and sports court are available for our guests. Pool is open from June - August. Guest access You will have access to the pool along with our family and friends during pool season which is from the beginning of June to the end of August. There is a back patio behind the guest house exclusively for guests. You will have access to the sports court and back yard as well. Other things to note This is a separate guest house behind the hosts house which is the rentable space and is quite secluded from our home. The back patio is peaceful and quiet with a view of the valley.
