Located in the Belle Grove Historic District, within walking distance of all the best Downtown Fort Smith has to offer: the new Marshalls' Museum, shops, music, Natl. Historic Site, River Park, bike/walking trails, restaurants, & more! Great for families, couples, or solo travelers who love historic houses! The space Enjoy the experience of staying in this 135-year-old house that’s connected with all the history of downtown Fort Smith. The fully renovated house features reverse living, central heat and air, vintage appliances, and exposed brick. On the second floor there’s a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen and living area, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a large multipurpose room that features a natural slate floor, sleeper sofa, recliners, hammock chair, smart Roku TV (with free Disney+), X-box, and a natural gas stove. It can also be used as a bedroom and has twin bunk beds. There’s also a laundry closet with washer and dryer - and a spacious one-car garage - on the first level. Keyless access for easy check-in and check out. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests including the attached one car garage. Shared back yard with main Anderson House. Other things to note You can park one vehicle in the garage and another in the driveway next to the Carriage House. If you have a third vehicle, please park along H St. to leave space for guests who may be staying at the Anderson (main) house.
