Our house is located in a wooded park area at walking distance to the Peconic Bay (5 minutes) and a 10 minute drive to the ocean. 10 minute drive to the Southampton and Westhampton. The area has great restaurants, access to the Peconic Bay, the Shinnecock Bay and of course the ocean. Great food shopping The space The house can accomodate 8-10 people with 3 bedrooms and a loft space in the basement, 3 bathrooms, and an open living space. A huge heated pool and outdoor shower, basket ball hoop, ping pong table, and even a paddle board are waiting for you. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house.
