Little House in Manitou

Little House In Manitou is located on Ruxton Avenue, just a short distance from awesome hiking, 5 minutes to the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Chateau. It's within walking distance of historic downtown Manitou Springs, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars and recreational activities. You will also be a brief drive away from the Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak and other attractions in the Pikes Peak area. The space Our cottage is above Ruxton Avenue. From the front patio you can enjoy a fantastic woodsy mountain view plus a nice vista looking towards the north. The cabin is historic and rustic, with all the necessary modern conveniences. Guest access The entire cabin is for your private use only. We provide two parking spaces, both off street. Guests can access the cabin from both Ruxton Ave. and Spring St. Other things to note There are some steep steps up from Ruxton street. If you have heavy bags, or a hard time with a lot of stairs, it would be easier to park on Spring Street, which is closer to the house. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. This includes vapes, incenses, candles or anything that releases a strong odor. We take pet allergies very seriously! We thoroughly clean everything and every surface after each guest. We use a different set of sheets and blankets for guests with pets and for guests without pets. If you have a pet of any kind, you must let us know.
