The space This wonderful duplex penthouse of 70 square metres is divided in two floors, in which a bedroom, a bathroom, a hall, a kitchen, a living room and a private terrace are distributed. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a modern LED TV. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a hall with a wardrobe, a table and a tiny single bed. On this floor, there is a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, a lovely view over the ancient rooftops can be enjoyed from the terrace. Besides, the living room is equipped with stereo, a DVD player, some books, a TV, and a sofa. Furthermore, the fully equipped modern kitchen is integrated in it and it has a little dining room with a table and two chairs. Thanks to its windows, the flat is invaded by natural light, which transforms it into a haven of peace. The flat is provided with an air conditioning system (hot and cold) in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Moreover, some appliances can be found in the apartment, such as a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a glass ceramic stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hairdryer and an iron (and its ironing board). As part of the furnishings, tableware, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels and some cleaning supplies are included. In the flat, there are a screen TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi connection. Guest access This magnificent accommodation provides you with use and enjoy several common areas available at different times and times. On the ground floor of the main building you will find, in addition to the reception, the dining area for breakfast, a work area with free wi-fi, a pleasant reading area with natural light, our lounge chaired by its beautiful fireplace...a place of rest and meeting if you want to leave the private area of your apartment, suite or room. Optional breakfast service in the main building 08:00 - 10:00 (€ 12 adult and € 10 children (between 4 and 12 years)).
