Victorian cottage just a short walk to down town. Extremely clean with new beds and Molekule air filters. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard or sit on the front porch after a day of wine tasting or hiking. There is a desk for remote working in the second bedroom. The master has a brand new Queen Size Westin Heavenly Bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with new Casper Mattresses in a Trundle Bed. Alkaline water filter in kitchen and water filter in shower. The space This is a 1900's Victorian Cottage. It is in excellent condition with modern furnishings. Pets are allowed with approval. The pet fee is $50 per night per pet. There is a wood burning stove in the living room. We leave wood and instructions in the winter months. There is also a wall furnace and a mini split heater/air conditioner that heats or cools the house nicely. Help yourself to some fresh oranges and lemons for morning juice or evening cocktails. Sit around the new fire pit and Adirondack chairs with a bottle of wine from one of our local wineries. Coffee is provided and can be made in a new kitchen aide drip coffee pot or if you like pour overs like we do, there is a Chemex. If you like to cook there is a fully equipped kitchen with a La Cornue range, kitchen aid mixer and vitamix blender. Help yourself to any spices or condiments that you need. Guest access We have a lock box on the front door with keys to the house. The code will be provided before check in. There is plenty of street parking. Other things to note There is a Life Ionizer alkaline water filter for unlimited healthy water. The washer and dryer are in the garage. Trash needs to go out Sunday evening for guests who are staying longer than a week. Please give the plants a little drink of water if they look thirsty. The gardener comes on Friday afternoon. This is our home. You may see some of our things. Well make plenty of room for you to put your clothes and groceries away. We have the house professionally cleaned before each guest arrives. Vacuum and ironing board are in the second bedroom closet if you need them. Plenty of fresh towels in the linen closet next to the bathroom.
