NON SMOKING & NO A/C * Wifi may be in and out. It tends to be spotty in the areas*. Slopeside Condos at TM. Our balcony looks out to Timberline Mountain. **3rd Floor unit. Close to Canaan Valley, Dolly Sods and so much more. This place has beauty in all four seasons!! Davis and Thomas WV are great towns with shops, coffee, antiques, dining and more. Pet fee: $70 (max. 1 well behaved dog/ NO CATS) Starter supply of TP & PT are supplied. BYO shamp/soap/Xtra paper goods -WELL LIT ENTRY No A/C The space Party Free Zone: 1 Pet MAX NO SMOKING 🚭 You may hear machines grooming the snow outside your windows during ski season. **We are in the mountains so expect there are some bugs that show up unannounced at times. Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen: dishes, silverware, glassware, a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, toaster and a Keurig (sometimes coffee is stocked). A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry pods and trash bags are provided. BYO shampoo and soap. Feel free to bring extra toiletries in case you may need more, depending on length of stay (or hit our local grocery store) Shop N Save. We have a large flat screen TV and WiFi access in the main living area. Linens, towels, sheets and some extras are provided. Large sofa and chair with throw pillows. Master bedroom has ceiling fan and a box fan. Guest access Free parking is available at our condo. You will be provided a parking pass (max 2 passes) during ski season at Timberline Mountain. You will provide me with Tag #’s for passes. Most places you’ll have to drive to, unless hiking and wandering about the property. Other things to note An early check in fee of $25 may apply and will be charged after booking if you want to arrive before check in time of 4pm (when available).* There will be a minimum of 3 night stay on the following holiday weeks: July 4th Labor Day Memorial Day Presidents Day Thanksgiving Christmas New Years Pet fee of $70 will be added at booking. No dog can be left unattended in unit. You are in the mountains so you may encounter bugs at times. *Please empty lint trap in back wall of dryer before using.* All towels and wash cloths must be put in wash and turned on prior to check out (there are laundry pods available). All bed sheets should be placed at doorways near washing machines prior to check out. All dishes must be loaded into dishwasher and turned on prior to check out (there are dish pods available). Trash should be taken to dumpsters behind Mountain Top Realty at 6379 Appalachian Hwy., Davis, WV 26260. Please follow these guidelines at check out to make things run smoother as we have a lot of same day turnovers throughout the condo (especially during ski season).
