Designer features through out. Since this is NOT a Frat House or Party House it has been kept in pristine condition.. It has been beautifully furnished and appointed. This is our home. The following is the rental agreement you agree to when booking this location. “Guest (s)” refers to anyone booking, paying and or residing in our rental home. Anyone reserving , booking and renting our unit at 119 Anchorage St #2, Marina Del Rey Ca 90292 agrees to the following: 1. All adults 18 years and over must fill out a rental application, and pay a non refundable $30 application fee and present verification of ID etc. 2. Non Smoking, No Vaping building inside or anywhere on the premises. 3. This is not a FRAT or Party house. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people. 4. LA code requires quiet before 7 AM and after 10 PM. There are tenants below you and above you. 5. ACCESS: The Guests shall allow the Homeowner or assigns access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. The Homeowner/assign shall give the guest a minimum of 4 hours notice (unless it is an emergency). 12. The Guests agree that the deposit is to be refunded within 21 business days of check out, or per City of LA policy, provided no deductions had to be made. Deductions include but are not limited to: A. Missing or damage to furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, fixtures, décor, art work, rugs, kitchen supplies, etc. B. Dirt, smoking in the building or on the property or other messes requiring extensive cleaning. Guest access The two car garage, enter directly into the building, go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and the entire unit is there for your use. If you go out or come in the front door at ground level there is a large covered patio with conversation set seating as well as a table and chairs for eating out doors. Other things to note We leave two Tommy Bahama "back pack" folding beach chairs for your use in the garage..and two folding beach chairs in shoulder bags. Enjoy! Registration Details HSR20-001220
