The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss. The space We are about an hour from The Ark. many quaint cities like Yellow Springs, Waynesville, Lebanon -Home of The Golden Lamb. Hiking trails- Bike path- Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Museum. Historic Carillon Park featuring the Wright Brothers. Guest access Yard is beautiful with a playground with swings, slide, sandbox. Lovely patio w seating and shade. Hot Tub is available as well. Other things to note There is no smoking or vapping allowed in the building. Fees will be used for extra cleaning if guests smoke-$350.00.
