IMPORTANT Check-In Requirement Please note that we require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us keep the home safe and secure. The name on your ID must match the name on your reservation. Monthly Utility Allowance The monthly rate includes a generous $200 utility allowance, which covers gas/electric, water, and WiFi. In our experience, most guests stay well within this amount. If your usage exceeds the allowance, we’ll provide copies of the bills and submit a payment request through Airbnb for the difference. Guests with Pets There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. We’ll send the payment request link on the day of your check-in.
