The master bedroom with a king bed and bath is to the left as you enter from the front door. Floor Plan, Bed Configuration: The living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen and deck are on main floor. There is both a queen size sofa bed and a twin sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs is a walk-in loft with a queen sofa bed looking down on the living room, there are 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom (a bathroom between the bedrooms). One bedroom has a queen size bed and a small deck, the other bedroom has 3 twins (a bunk bed and a twin bed). There are also two rollaway twin beds. You can also enter through the garage in the floor below the main floor. There is a laundry area in the garage and as you go up the stairs to the main floor there is a hot tub room on the right. Cars/Parking: We have a walk-up attached double garage with room for a car such as a Honda Accord and storage of sporting equipment you bring with you. There are also several parking spaces across from the garage when you can park 2 vehicles. Please register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center 2 block to the north of the townhouse). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and the amenities in the HOA complex. *smart TVs will support access to other streaming services. Enjoy miles of cool forested trails while riding horseback to a western-style cookout, pedaling along the Tahoe Rim Trail, or hiking into Desolation Wilderness. As you tour the shoreline, you can pick from some of the finest restaurants anywhere. With a rainbow of color setting over the glistening waters, South Lake Tahoe offers legendary casinos: Harrah’s, Harvey’s, Caesars, Lake Side Inn and Casino, and The Horizon. These adult amusement parks entertain you with gambling, dazzling shows, and some of the finest entertainment you will find anywhere! Tahoe’s mountain community is home to artisans, craftsmen, and purveyors. Outdoor shows and indoor malls abound with treasures for every whim and taste. - LYFT and Uber are readily available: - a ride from our home the farthest casino in Stateline (1.125 miles) runs $6-$8 as of 6/12/17. - a ride from our home to Zephyr Cove Resort (great food and beach!) is $7-$12 as of 6/12/17. - Taxis and rental cars are readily available... there parking in our garage and in front of our townhouse. We have increased the speed on the Wi-Fi to the fastest available speed and upgraded 4 of the TVs to Smart TVs with free access to streaming services Netflix and HULU+Live TV. The 55" Smart TV in the living room and the 3 - 32" TVs in the bedrooms have complimentary (FREE) Netflix and Hulu + Live TV. The smart tvs will support access to other streaming services.
