Lower Level has an activity room. The dining room features a large table with 10 chairs included! No real yard, but one block from Dog Park The space This is a large house within walking distance to midtown crossing and the Blackstone district. It has ample space to spread out and eat, with two entertainment areas and a large dining room that seats at least 10. Pets are allowed with no additional fees! Guest access This is a full-time vacation rental property, all spaces are available for guests and there are no personal effects in the house. Other things to note Cancellation outside of cancellation period: PLEASE utilize travel insurance!!! We are individual hosts and this property is not owned by Airbnb. When guests cancel at the last minute and ask us to give a full refund, it makes us difficult to cover our expenses and mortgage payment. We can't be your travel insurance if circumstances don't allow you to travel. Sometimes people get sick, or get hurt, or get in a car accident. Unless there is a large scale event that is covered by Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances Policy, we cannot issue a refund no matter how serious the events are that prevent travel. We highly recommend travel insurance because unfortunately everyone needs it sometimes.
