Quiet neighborhood just minutes to shopping and amenities. Home sleeps up to six with two queen beds, two twin beds and two full bathrooms. Use of washer and dryer, full kitchen with cooking essentials. Easy access check-in. Two smart televisions for access to Hulu, Netflix, and more! Two off-street parking spots. This space was designed for all visitors to feel at home in this quaint small town. Comfort was one of my biggest priorities decorating the home using warm cozy blankets, soft area rugs and all the necessities. The master (floral) room has a firm mattress with a soft topper. This room also has a smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. The other two bedrooms were inspired by my favorite places Arizona (hometown) and Colorado. The second queen room has a softer mattress and the twin beds are cozy and comfortable. Full washer & dryer. At this time, the garage is not available for use. Both bathrooms have bathtub/shower combos. ***Bathrooms updated November 2022!!** Entire interior of the home. The garage is not for guest use. Available by phone (text or call) or email Early check-in or late check-out: Please note that if we have a same day turnover, we cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out due to time restraints for cleaning. If we are able to accommodate, we can allow an hour prior to check-in or after check-out at no additional cost with a 48 hour notice. Otherwise our cleaning crew arrives to the property just after 10am. Please message me with any questions. Long term stays: We may be able to accommodate longer stays. If a booking is more than 28 days, we will require a signed rental agreement and request an additional security deposit. Copies of identification for all guests over 18 will be required.
