Stucco in Southwest Kansas

This property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath property with off-road private parking for up to 3 vehicles, private yard, and a spacious patio area. Parking is also allowed on the street. The large master bedroom is complete with a wardrobe, shelves for personal effects, and has the option of playpen if needed. There are two workspaces in this home plus a coffee table that lifts up to provide another desk-like space or eating space. The space No parties are allowed. No pets or smoking are allowed either. This house is very secure. The front door has a keycode entry. You will get the code sent to you on the day you are to check in. There is an alarm system installed. However, please do not set the alarm. The fire alarm is very sensitive, so be careful not to create a bunch of smoke while cooking. Should the alarm go off, please call me right away. The alarm system is also connected to the carbon monoxide detector that is monitored around the clock. The backyard is fully enclosed and has a large, well-lit patio. Feel free to utilize the charcoal grill. Please do not grill under the covered patio as the fire alarm will go off when smoke enters through the back door. Move the grill to an open area. Charcoal is not provided unless a previous house guest left some behind. In addition, there is a lidded plastic patio seat that contains toys for your kids’ outdoor play time. Please be sure all toys are put back in the seat. There are also kids’ toys located in the northwest bedroom closet at the front of the house. Feel free to play. Please pick up the toys before you leave. There are also MANY books and games for your entertainment. Our kitchen is an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and updated cabinetry. There is a broom and mop if you need them during your stay. There is also a vacuum. Included in your stay: coffee filters (1 per day), 1 trash bag for each can, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, one travel toothbrush and toothpaste, dish soap, starter dish washer soap and a starter amount of laundry detergent. You will need more of the above for extended stays. This property is located 2 blocks north of the Dollar General in town. There is also a Family Dollar and Lowe’s grocery store where you can buy more supplies for your stay if needed. Guest access The entire house if available for you except the master bedroom closet. This is our primary residence, so we use the closet for storage. The garage is also off limits. Please do not try to access it.
