Condominio Dunas Studios, we are 8 studios, a family and comfortable space that is a true invitation to peace and quiet, surrounded by a beautiful green valley, close to the dunes and less than 1500m from the northern corner of Garopaba beach. A perfect space to enjoy with family, children or friends, in the midst of nature and with structure. Stove, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. Gas Heated 🚿 Shower We have a hairdryer in each bathroom. Split air 🧊♨️ conditioning: Hot and cold 📺 SmartTV com Netflix, Globo play and Disney+; 🛌 Queen size bed/sofa bed (for up to 3 people) and single box bed with spring mattresses (for families with up to 4 people)** **Subject to availability. We provide bedding, blankets and pillows. 🪷 Beautiful balcony with hammock and view of the Serra do Tabuleiro and Dunas do Siriú. 🏊‍♀️In the outdoor area, heated pool at 32 degrees, Spa with hydromassage, heating and chromotherapy. The spa is scheduled for use by each family. We left it heated and sanitized. Gourmet area with 2 barbecue grills. 🚙 The residential development is entirely fenced with private parking and rotating spaces. Each family receives a remote control for the electronic gate. We have beach chairs and umbrellas available in each studio. Towels are required to be brought. 🐶🐱Remember that we are pet friendly, but we ONLY receive micro and small pets, up to 8kg, we do not have physical space for larger pets.
