Whether your stay is for family vacation, Schlitterbahn, relaxation, road trip, girls/guys weekend getaway, live concert, tubing, Gruene, Canyon Lake, etc., this vacation rental has everything you need. Enjoy the private pool or sit out on your private balcony enjoying the country-life scenery/wildlife/quietness that is so relaxing. Permit #L1366 Country setting with quietness and tranquility just minutes away from the many activities available in New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake or other surrounding areas!! Walk up a flight of stairs (17 steps) thru your private entrance into a spacious, 750 sq ft, suite-like apartment where your family can relax in the comfort of your home-away or on your private covered balcony before enjoying the numerous various attractions nearby. The rental is attached to the main quarters of the house (2nd floor over carport/garage area) and the owners live on-site, however, it is very private and unassociated with the owners' homestead. The rental is conveniently located only minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Guadalupe/Comal Rivers, Gruene, Canyon Lake, Whitewater Amphitheater or local Drive-in Theatre and all the other attractions in and around the New Braunfels area. The rental is decorated with a personal touch to brighten your stay and give you the "homely feeling". There are hardwood floors throughout bedroom, living room and kitchen area. The bedroom/living room are combined with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 lounge chairs and loveseat couch, ceiling fan, 32" TV, DVD, VCR, fiber optic cable, wifi, internet. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator with icemaker, 2-burner electric cooktop, and convection microwave & convection toaster oven. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans as well as a 10-cup drip coffeemaker and single-cup Keurig coffeemaker, blender and toaster, and more are provided. The tile floor bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower and ceiling fan. Towels and bedding are provided, but will not be exchanged during your stay. A large propane/charcoal grill is provided for your outdoor cooking. After a long day of sightseeing, shopping or playing, grab your favorite beverage and relax on your private balcony, multiple porches/decks or poolside and enjoy the scenery of wildlife and birds roaming the 3-acres. Locusts and Katydids will serenade you in the evening. Being in the country, you may encounter other bugs/insects, etc that call this "home"., therefore, if you are afraid of a "fly", this place may not be for you. Enjoy swimming in your private pool before your adventurous day or after coming back and winding down. On those cozy evenings, sit around the fire pit (bring your own wood) talking about good ole times and roasting marshmallows. There is plenty of secure parking for all your water toys. This is a private rental, therefore, only you and your paid guests are allowed to be on the premises and use the facilities. Forgot something, don't worry, owner on-site and can usually help you out. Guest access The pool is private and only used by you. Please bring your own pool towels, pool towels are not provided. The pool is not heated. There is a private balcony attached to the vacation rental. Other things to note Owners are onsite but give guests their space and interact with guests when communication is warranted.
