Shorelands is a Cottage Resort close to a sandy Beach in Southern Maine The space We offer a variety of lodgings, from one bed motel rooms to 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped cottages. All units have A/C, Cable TV, wifi, small fridges and micros. Grounds with play area, gas grills and picnic tables. PLEASE NOTE: this offer is for our small motel rooms with 1 double bed. Larger units are under our Shorelands Cottages listing. Pet Policy: We charge a $20 per night/per dog fee. This fee can be paid upon arrival. Guest access We offer outdoor pool and hot tub, a pleasant easy 10 minute walk to a beach across the street and down paved country road. Surrounded by Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, 2 miles from the quaint village of Kennebunkport and other area beaches and attractions. Other things to note free wifi is available to our guests.
