If you're looking to bring your boat, the condo has parking space available for a trailer and is two blocks from the public launch ramp. This is a smoke-free condo association. The space The first bedroom has a queen bed and full size closet. The bathroom is located off the bedroom and has a bath tub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full size closet, and bathroom with a shower only. There is also a pull out sofa that is available for two children. Other things to note Number of guests is limited to 4 people however, we will accept two small children.
