Look no further than Southbay by the Gulf, Town-home #43. Southbay is a private community of individually owned town-homes complete with all the amenities: 300 feet private beach, two tennis courts with shuffle boards, two pools (one heated with adjoining children’s pool), and 5 acre fresh-water fishing lake. Feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks from right off the deck is allowed. Walk right into the townhouse from your car parked out front. The guest bedroom has a full bath with 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV with DVD player.  The master has a full bath with tub, king size bed, flat screen with DVD and a walk out deck over looking the lake. Upstairs is the living area with a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, half bath, Flat screen TV with DVD player. You will also  find a sleeper sofa and another futon at your disposal. Step out on the upper deck and enjoy both sunrise and sunsets. A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Southbay allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either. Pet Friendly with non-refundable pet fee.
