Also don’t forget your Kayak or Paddleboard. The space You’ll love our place because of its private setting, comfy bed and adorable cabin. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a girls' weekend, bro trip, fishermen, couples with small children, and all lovers of the outdoors. You have total access to the kitchen, living room, and all of the outdoor areas. The front porch is delightful to enjoy throughout the day and evening. Unplug, unwind, and spend quality time relaxing and re-energizing. If you have a boat, you may put it in the water at the boat ramp across the lake at the Marina and tie it off on the shoreline in front of the cabin during your stay. The municipal boat ramp is just 5 minutes away. Boats cannot be stored inside the cabin garage bays. However, there's plenty of room to park your truck and trailer on the property. Guest access You have full access to the entire cabin - full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc. Cell phone service in the area is very good if you have Verizon. It may be difficult getting service with other providers due to being in a rural area. Other things to note The cabin is 525 sq. ft. and is half-way between Nashville and Memphis. Plus, it's only 10 minutes away from the Dixie Carter Performing Arts Theatre, the Colonial Tea Room, Hills Take & Bake, 1822 Coffee Shop, Carroll County Shooting Sports Park, The State of Tennessee’s Largest American Sycamore Tree and many local shops to find a variety of merchandise at a good value. 15 minutes from the Carroll County Airport. 25 minutes from Carroll Lake Golf Course and Bethel University in McKenzie, TN. 55 min to UTM in Martin, TN. Only a short ride to nearby towns in the area like Paris, Lexington, Martin, Milan, Camden and Jackson.
