Main level contains 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an open kitchen/dining/living room. Wraparound deck offers sunset views. There is also a large patio table, gas grill and outdoor couch. Loft contains 2 couches (including a sleeper sofa) and TV. Lower level has a second living room (where we have all the kids toys), 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Ping pong table is in the garage. Level 2 EV charger is in the garage (15-50 NEMA outlet). Guest access Exclusive private access to the entire property.
