Recently remodeled home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Murray. Right off the freeway, and minutes to: - Downtown -The Airport -The Canyons -Ski resorts -Univeristy of Utah -Sugarhouse -Park City -Anywhere else in the valley you need to be. The space Minimalist, modern comfort in a recently remodeled home with bright, open spaces. Enjoy a private room with: - Locking door - Queen bed - Nightstands - Dresser - Closet Across the hall is your full bathroom with tub/shower that is shared with the room next to yours. Entertain guests in the open concept Great Room (includes): - Full kitchen - Dining table for 8+ - Living Room with sectional seating and TV. Or move down to the spacious Living Room with the GIGANTIC cuddle couch to chill, play Nintendo, or watch a movie on the 65" TV. Need a place to work? There is a shared work space (includes): - Couches - Desks - Elliptical trainer - Second Fridge/Freezer This area is where I have my desk set up for work from home as well. (A desk can be set up in your room if you need a more private work space.) These shared spaces are designed to be welcoming, comfortable, and to encourage social interaction. They are shared with me, my boyfriend, and all guests. Enjoy the beautiful art throughout the house. These pieces are by various local Utah artists, and showcase the diverse talent Utah has to offer. See something you like? Prints and originals are available to purchase. Or better yet, commission a unique piece made just for you! This house is a designated Safe Space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to these spaces: - Their private locking bedroom. These spaces will be shared with any guests staying in the room next to yours: - Full bathroom with tub/shower. - Off-street parking (2 spots) / Plenty of on-street parking. - Garage parking available (additional fee) These spaces will be shared with me, my boyfriend, my guests, and other airbnb guests: - Family room with gigantic cuddle couch and 65" TV. - The Great Room (includes): -- Full Kitchen -- Dining area with seating for 8+ -- Living Room with sectional seating and TV. - Entryway (shoe drop) w/ Ski boot dryer. During your stay I work from home during the day, I'm just a quick text or call away if anything is needed. I'll be home most nights. Other things to note I've been fully vaccinated, so there aren't really any Covid restrictions in place.
