Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. New appliances with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, sink, and dishes. Washer and dryer. Jacuzzi bathtub in main bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom and queen bed, the other bedroom has two twins and big closet. There is a Hide-a-bed couch (Sofa Sleeper) and a regular couch in living room area. 32" flat screen TV with dvd/vcr. There is no Wi-Fi, but I have a full 4G LTE signal with my At & t cell phone at the Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by, as well as multiple bird species in the area with the river as a beautiful backdrop. (Tap water is safe to drink, but does not taste very good. Highly suggest you bring bottled water to drink.) Guest access The property sits on 5 acres and has some short areas in which to take a stroll, horse shoe pits out back, nice deck to view various wildlife. Some fishing in a very small stretch of a creek. The main house on the property is occupied and privacy needs to be respected. Other things to note The only modern amenity not available is Wi-Fi, but I do get an almost full bar of 4G signal on my AT & T Cellphone at the Bunkhouse. The water is safe to drink, but it doesn't taste great, so I suggest you bring bottled water to drink.
