Not new or out of Architectural Digest, more rustic than pristine. tenant lives in the back with a separate entrance to a different street. Guest access Wifi, netflix, bikes. Street parking. Wifi and passcode are on the black router on the back (to right of green couch). TV. 3 options. 1. hook hdmi cable to laptop . 2. Use the desktop in the bottom shelf. 3. Roku Express. (extra cables in small plastic white drawers under TV. Other things to note The Point Richmond Natatorium is a huge beautiful swimming pool. Did I say the neighborhood and town are GREAT! Block Party July 4th! Summer has free concerts. The kitchen is basic with a small refridgerater, microwave, plug in oven and portable stoves (see picture). Our long term tenant lives in a unit in the back of the house with a separate entrance.
