Set in a converted cluster of fisherman’s houses along Portree Harbor the hotel offers plenty of character and quirks. There are 17 bedrooms with attached bathroom with all expected facilities. Due to the nature of the building there is no elevator and rooms are only accessible via stairs. We do not provide porterage, and the hotel is on the pier itself so there is a walk up some stairs or a hill to get into the town area. We offer Room only Rates (providing overnight accommodations only) and Bed and Breakfast Rates (providing overnight accommodations and breakfast based on the maximum occupancy of the room). Dinner is not included in these room rates. The Rosedale Restaurant is an intimate dining room on the 1st floor of our harbor front hotel. We aim to offer fresh, seasonal produce with an emphasis on local seafood. With views over Portree Bay we hope to serve you a memorable meal from start to finish. Please note: Dinner is not included in your room rate. All dinner reservations are made on a first come first serve basis, we do not prioritize hotel guests. We would advise you to make reservations for any events/restaurants you wish to attend as Skye gets busy very quickly and it's difficult to find availability on the day. We are a dog friendly hotel only, with a £15.00 per night/per dog charge. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
