Enjoy all the outdoor and water activities, the quiet of the neighborhood, the cozy and cute restaurants in town, the cinema, the parks, the beaches, and all the things Coronado has to offer. You are just minutes away from downtown, Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter, etc. The space The first floor of the house has a beautiful living room with a fireplace, cable tv, wifi, dinning table, full kitchen, tv room, a 2 queen bedroom with a full bathroom, patio with beautiful patio furniture, umbrella, patio table, grill, a small fridge in the grill, a private dock and a two car garage. In the second floor you´ll find the Master Bedroom, with three queen beds and two sofa-beds, walking closet, two sinks and shower. It also has two more bedrooms with two queen beds each and a private full bathroom each room. The Coronado Cays are the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing time with friends or family, You can use all the amenities in the house! We include $500 dlls of electricity per month in the reservation price, if guests exceed that amount per month have to pay the difference. Guest access The whole home is yours. Enjoy! 😊 Other things to note It´s important for you to know that the Coronado Cays is a residential zone, neighbors maintain the cays a quiet place and you can´t have parties or loud music in the house, If you are coming with family or friends to have a relaxing time you are welcome in our house.
