Queen Size Bed No Cleaning Fee

Located in quiet, safe area and a there is a Walmart at the end of the street that’s within walking distance. NO Smoking/vaping/pot NO Childer/Babies Under 12 NO Pets Restaurants - 5-15mins drive. No food or drinks in the bedroom (water is ok). There’s plenty of choices of where to eat in the house and on the patio. Pool area closes at 9.30pm. I have a small dog Coco he’s friendly and he’s allergy friendly and doesn’t shed. Bathroom maybe shared by other guests. The space I have a front door lock key that’s given to you on arrival, your bedroom door key is available for a $20 deposit which you will get back when you are leaving. If you are booked for 3 nights or more and need laundry doing I will do it for you, I don’t allow guests to use my washer and dryer. Bathroom is shared if there are other guests Fort Myers Airport is 35-45 minutes away. Punta Gorder Airport is 45 - 60 minutes away. Lee Health hospitals are all 20-45 minutes away. Guest access Guest are welcome to use kitchen, dining area and pool area During your stay I’m living on the premises so I’m always available to answer questions you may have.
