This accommodation very appreciated by everyone where the top bedding is very pleasant, ideally located in the heart of the village near the shops of the center and the Loire in a very quiet place where serenity and tranquility reign, ideal for relaxing, the base price is 110€ for a couple or for a single person, then it is 90 per room for any additional person for two, if in the extra people to a couple there is one person who is alone in a room it is 77€ The space The ground floor is the living room with equipped kitchen-dining room-living room with TV and Wifi, and independent WC, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with beds of 140 X 180, one with a small view of the Loire and the other with a view of the Place de l 'église, and a bathroom with sink, shower and WC, on the 2nd floor a very beautiful bedroom with large shower + 1 sink and a bed of 160 X 200, an independent WC plus a bedroom with a bed of 140 X 180, the staircase is pleasant and easy to climb, in front of the Ground Floor there is a small terrace very pleasant in summer and free parking!... This cottage is equipped with Wifi, the church parking is very close to the cottage, the Loire is 150 m away, the boulangerie-patisserie and the grocery store are 100 m away, the Maison de la Presse, the Salon de Thé-Patisserie, the friterie, the butcher and the florist are 120 m away, the Bars and the Town Hall are 140 m away, the Pharmacy, the Tour Office and the Tour du Pouilly-Fumé and its restaurant Le Chai are 200 m away.
