Lakefront cottage on Upper Chemong lake-4 seasons

A newly renovated west-facing cottage on the Upper Chemong lake, located just 10 minute drive away from town of Lakefield, 2 hours from Toronto. Enjoy the fresh air and sunsets over the lake while relaxing on our balcony deck. During the day, you can fish or swim off our dock, explore the lake on canoe or paddle boat, grill your dinner on the gas barbecue or play in our spacious yard. At night, relax by the fire in the living room or roast marshmallows under the stars by the campfire. The space Leave the busy city life but still enjoy the cozy comforts of home! Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, 4 season spacious cottage has been renowated by us over the last few years. Enjoy a balcony deck with a propane bbq, gorgeous sun room, large living room with a fireplace and dining area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, mugs, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Top floor also hosts a master bedroom with private bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Go down one flight of stairs to the ground level to sweat it out in the sauna and or play a game of pool in the rec room. Ground floor also hosts the second master bedroom with private bathroom, and a walkout to the backyard. There you will enjoy the beautiful sounds and sunset views of the water as well as a fire pit to enjoy campfires at night. At the dock you have access to a canoe, paddle board, pedal boat and life jackets. In addition, there is space to keep your own boat, canoes, kayaks etc. Upper Chemong lake is connected to Buckhorn lake, which is part of the Trent–Severn Waterway. Public boat launch is available in Selwyn Beach Conservation Area, 5 minute drive down the road. Please note: Cottage is not suitable for parties Guest access Guest have full access to the cottage, property and the dock. Other things to note Please note: - We have WiFi. You are welcome to bring your own entertainment. - If you plan to have campfires, you will need to purchase your own firewood. - We have wonderful neighbors on both sides so please be mindful and enjoy our property responsibly. - You will be provided your own entry code for the duration of your stay. - At the end of your stay, please collect all linens, bed-sheets, pillow covers and towels and leave them in the laundry room.
