Country Charm in the Heart of Downtown Eagle, ID

Charming family home steps from lovely downtown Eagle, ID with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Plus there's always something fun happening in Eagle! The home features an inviting outdoor space everyone can enjoy and a comfortable interior. Guests also receive 5 free passes to the botanical gardens! The space This is the perfect home to relax in while visiting for friend/family reunions, attending a wedding, or just to visit the lovely town of Eagle and surrounding Treasure Valley. The home is right in the heart of downtown Eagle with shopping, restaurants, and groceries all within a few blocks walk. The home offers a lovely outdoor space with a child's playhouse and cozy interior design features. In the summertime, guests can enjoy a backyard garden. The large windows in the living room and dining room area bring the outdoors inside. A large kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed to cook a meal with family and friends. For convenience, all cooking supplies and dishes can be found in the pantry (no searching through drawers and cabinets!). There is plenty of seating at the counter and dining room table. Three, spacious bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Each of the beds has a comfortable memory foam mattress. All of the beds feature vintage, and sometimes handmade quilts. Guest access There is plenty of parking in the driveway and guests may also park on the street. The driveway is longer and will accommodate a smaller RV or moving van if you are in the process of traveling from point A to B. It is recommended that guests have a vehicle to visit Boise and other surrounding attractions. However, downtown Eagle is best explored by foot. The neighborhood and downtown area are safe and friendly- almost everyone smiles and says hello. Friends and family members in the area are welcome to visit at the house, but unregistered guests are not welcome to stay overnight. The number of guests staying must be declared at the time of booking per Airbnb requirements. Other things to note Our hope is that families and friends will spend quality time together, enjoy the lovely outdoor space, and experience all the wonderful things this area has to offer! We have a selection of board games and puzzles in a cabinet for our guests. We also have a children's craft station where your little ones can use the provided supplies to be creative. There is a patio with seating, a lovely garden in the spring/summer, and a cute playhouse in the backyard. We have a guest book in the home that has suggestions for things to do in the area. In order to care for the gardens we have a gardener that comes by 1x per to mow and do other necessary yardwork to upkeep the property. We are happy to give you a heads up before they come over to work in the yard! There is a TV with a Roku in the living room. HOWEVER, it is not listed as an amenity because 1) we have had issues with guests thinking there is cable when there is not, 2) the Roku, although new, seems to be very finicky and is frustrating for guests to troubleshoot. Please note that a washer and dryer are ONLY available for guests staying 4 nights or longer.
