And, not to forget, just a short walk to the UP Express, which can get you downtown in a sweet 15 minutes! The area is quite quiet, with many young families. The neighbourhood has many bars, restaurants, boutiques, vintage clothing stores, bakeries, cafes, parks--the whole shebang! Lot's to offer for young families and young people. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who doesn't love living here.
