Offering a cozy private space, tucked away front the street, behind two gates. Guest access Guests access the back house via the driveway. Nestled in the back of the property offering a nice private feel away from the street. Enjoy your private back yard space and the shared outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off sand. Other things to note - This is a hosted Vacation Rental - Please send us an inquiry if you have any questions on prices, discounts, house rules, etc...! *No wild parties. Celebrations with regular noise and registered guests are encouraged! *This multi-unit property is fully stocked for your beach vacation! *This is a safe space for families. This is not a wild party house! *All guests must be registered in the reservation. The reservation must reflect true and accurate information as extra guest fees do apply. *This is our family home. Respect, safety, trust and privacy are very important to us . . . This is a place for common courtesy. ** This is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING property.** Smoke or vape odors will result in additional cleaning fees** *No Animals - Because we offer "hosted rentals" and due to the health and safety of people, pets and property - we cannot allow any additional animals at this time. The property is home to our two outdoor cats - Moose and KitKat! They are avid hunters and are not allowed in the home spaces due to sever allergies to pet dander. If you have questions regarding your hypoallergenic service animal - please send us a message/inquiry. *The homes have standard water heaters, after a few showers we recommend letting the supply warm back up for 20 min. *The owners Michael and Ashlie (The Park Family) are hospitality professionals who manage and reside on the property** * Even though we are located in a Downtown Neighborhood, we expect regular noise levels from our guests at all hours. *Please note - self check-in options are offered but not guaranteed. Guests must correspond with us to make arrangements. * Check out instructions: Please leave the parking permit on the table and send us a message on your way out. Check out is by 11AM. We appreciate if guest can gather all trash and wash any used dishes. * If parking pass is lost or forgotten there is a $45 replacement fee (Or express ship it back to us!) * By law guests must be 18+ to book with airbnb. *Parents are required to chaperone when reserving this space for their teens celebratory accomplishments (birthdays/graduations/sports etc). Airbnb does not allow 3rd party bookings for minors. *All third-party reservations must be communicated. Please send all details via message after booking - we are happy to send information to a 3rd party e-mail if needed. * Groups and large multigenerational families are welcome! Please send details via message so we can help plan accordingly. *The Transient Occupancy tax for Air B&B rooms in *Santa Cruz County is 14% and it is included in your room rate! *Guest parking passes are available for street parking. *Parking is limited on the weekends which may result in guests having to search for parking around our block. There is always meter parking available on Pacific Avenue - which is free between 8pm-8:00am. * Some noise will be heard as there is a common wall. We appreciate low noise levels in the early morning and at night.
