Downstairs Private Garden Suite!

Charming downstairs with a private entrance. Laundry & fridge outside your room. Access to the upstairs kitchen for cooking. Keyless finger-coded locks. Linens were provided (feedback is welcome on white vs. multicolored towels). WiFi included. Easy street parking. Privacy glass on the patio door. Lovely back garden: Around 1:30 PM, enjoy birds singing and hummingbirds. At night, the garden lights up with colors. Upstairs, five cats may occasionally make noise at night or early morning. The space Your accommodations are very private located , down stairs.uUpstairs is the kitchen and living area. There is a full size fridge downstairs just you! as well as cupboards as well as a fresh food storage container . You may not see us that often unless we are in the kitchen, garage or in the garden. However we have 3 CATS who are smart escape artists ,we will need your help to MAKE SURE the door that leads to upstairs is kept 100% of the time secure and closed, so the cats don't runaway if you come upstairs. They also may meow before bed time and in the morning .They food focused and energy balls. We will brief you on the security access codes, light switches . laundry kitchen appliances, wifi etc.please ask. Guest access Public transport is close. Safeway is walking distance. parks , pool and beach are all close. SF parking maids are always on the prowl. please observe the street signs to avoid parking tickets. Good news is that there is parking outside on the street in front of the house. We shall be glad to assist you with local information should you wish. During your stay I will be home evenings and weekends. Also, feel free to leave a note on the kitchen table. Other things to note 1. Remember that 3 CATS remain upstairs and can not go downstairs. 2. Always slide the external garage keypad cover down after opening and closing the garage entranceway. 3. note where the light switches are upstairs and downstairs. 4. Never block the driveway. 5. NO SMOKING or VAPING. 6. You may hear the cats playing upstairs or the robot cleaning during the day. 7. Rinse dishes and place them in the dishwasher ONLY after observing the "CLEAN OR DIRTY" sign on the front. 8. KITCHEN HOURS: 630AM TO 9 PM. 9..
