Each apartment is fully furnished with a kitchenette and everything you need to enjoy a comfy and restful stay. Located on the second or third floor of this 116-year-old building, you can enjoy the view of historic Main Street Situated within a few blocks of 3 great restaurants, several shops, our Court Square, and the library, it's only a short distance to Roscoe Village, breweries, wineries, Lake Park, and Kids America Sports Complex. No Uber or Lyft in our small community, but taxi service is available. Free parking is available on Main St. and the public lot behind the building as well. There is one thermostat per floor to control the temperature. We typically have is set at 70 degrees to please most. (There are not individual apartment thermostats.) A fan or heater can be supplied if needed. **This apartment tends to stay a little warmer, so if you are super sensitive to temperature, I would suggest you try another apartment in the building. 21 is cooler.
