The space Heat shop for boats, trailers, UTVs, Snobears etc with private access where you can lock up and dry/ thaw out your equipment. Includes bathroom, fridge and upstairs loft that has AC/ Heat with large living area and bedroom with four beds. Guest access We have two seperate units attached to our main shop that can be rented separate or together. Both units are similar and each renter will have exclusive and sole access to their respective unit.
