Only a mile from downtown Breckenridge! The space This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Parking is available up top (right off the road). Two parking spots are available. Once parked guests will need to walk down 10-15 stairs to access the front door. The living room, dining area & kitchen are right as you walk into the home. The living room holds a gas fireplace, modern couch and 2 leather chairs. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops and high end stainless steal appliances. Dining table that seats 6. Continue down the hall and you will find stairs to your left that lead to the basement, the master bedroom that holds a King size bed and a bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway or through the big walk in closet attached to the master bedroom. Walk downstairs and you will find 2 more bedrooms, one holds a queen size bed & the other twin bunks. There is also a full bathroom next to both bedrooms. Another living area with a gas fireplace and TV. (no cable) The laundry room is located off the basement living area. Step outside the basement door & soak in the 6 person hot tub!
