You will be close to the Siesta Key beach in new-fully furnished house with large, calm pool where you can easily relax & you won't be disturbed by anyone. Gulf Gate is a very popular residential neighborhood because everything is located within short distance – shopping, restaurants and beaches. The space This home is after reconstruction and it has been newly furnished. With three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and peaceful screen porch for relaxing and dining, you will find this place very pleasant and cozy. The pool is 32 feet long and 15,8 feet wide (9,7m x 4,8m) and has heating and salt filter systems. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, stove, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtube; towels included. We can offer 3 bedrooms - two with double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. We would prefer to host only 6 people. You might find very useful some practical tools such as washing-machine, washing-dryer.
