Detached house with parking. Services included. House with open concept living and dining room, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishes, coffee maker, blender, microwave, pans. Dining room with 4 chairs. 1 bedroom with closet, hooks and dresser, iron, towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. Living room with TV, cable service, Netflix, WiFi (200 MEGAS), ceiling fan. Pets are allowed (small dogs and cats). The space Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out must be before 12:00 pm the next day. NO smoking. Quiet subdivision, the house has a barbecue so it is allowed to organize meetings but NOT to stay overnight or loud music after 10:00 pm. Guest access Common entrance from the entrance gate to the back apartment.
