We tried to think of every detail to make your stay worry free and comfortable. The home sleeps up to 9 people, with additional sleeping options for 2-3 additional people available in the movie room with advance notice. Our guests have access to high speed internet, Xbox, Smart TV's in every bedroom, a gas grill for cooking outdoors, a fire pit, a fishing dock for the summer months. Movie Room is equipped with surround sound, Xbox, smart TV, and Cable. Also available additional queen size Murphy pull out bed with advance notice. The entire house is yours! Please make yourself welcome to the outdoor area as well. The Movie Room has recently been added for your enjoyment and extra space for additional guests. The garage is reserved for owner belongings at this time. Although I most likely won't be available in person, I am always available via phone or text! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns that you may have! If something is needed in person, I have several people that can help with what you need expediently! Located directly on Grace Lake, and only steps to the water, the home is on a quiet street, off the beaten path, with friendly but private neighbors. Because there are many residents who live in this neighborhood year around, it’s necessary to respect the family environment and the quiet surroundings. There will be no parties allowed or tolerated. No loud music played outside, and only 3 vehicles will have space to park. Keeping outside activities to a regular conversation level will be important especially after 8pm. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the garage and another one directly next to the pathway to the front door. Please do not park on the neighbors property or in his way.
