We tried to think of every detail to make your stay worry free and comfortable. The home sleeps up to 9 people, with additional sleeping options for 2-3 additional people available in the movie room with advance notice. Please note the bunkbeds are reserved for children only due to weight limitations. Our guests have access to high speed internet, Xbox, Smart TV's in every bedroom, a gas grill for cooking outdoors, a fire pit, a fishing dock for the summer months, and a sandy beach area for swimming. Movie Room is equipped with surround sound, Xbox, smart TV, and Cable. Also available additional queen size Murphy pull out bed with advance notice. Guest access The entire house is yours! Please make yourself welcome to the outdoor area as well. The Movie Room has been added for your enjoyment and extra space for additional guests. The detached garage is reserved for owner belongings at this time. Other things to note Enjoy adventure or relaxation, whichever your interest is, you can find it here! Because there are many residents who live in this neighborhood year around, it’s necessary to respect the family environment and the quiet surroundings. There will be no parties allowed or tolerated. No loud music played outside, and only 3 vehicles will have space to park. Keeping outside activities to a regular conversation level will be important especially after 8pm.
