We live in Denver, CO but are available for anything you need. the absolute best way to reach us is via the airbnb site as we are often out of cell range skiing or hiking the Rocky Mountains. This is a 1940's home, you can see the house in its original home in the picture on the wall in the dining room. There is a fireplace in the master to help make you comfortable in the winter months and sliding doors open to a deck for summer ventilation. There is central air throughout the rest of the home. The house uses a septic system. Please be considerate and not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
