The space Chmielna Park - an investment of the INPRO group that combines modern construction located near the river, the proximity of the historic Old Town and the amenities of living in the city center. A housing estate built in the southern part of Wyspa Spichrzów - once functioning as an industrial district with numerous granaries, whose remains can be admired on the way to the aforementioned Old Town. Guest access Living room: TV, 1 x fold-out sofa, coffee table, table, chairs. Bedroom: doubble bed, bedside tables, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, bath, hair dryer Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, oven, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, pots, cutlery. Additional equipment: INTERNET WI-FI, iron, linen, ironing board, clothes dryer. The estate has a closed playground for children. Other things to note We invite our guest to come to our office, which is located at Chmielna 70/2 street in Gdansk Old Town. It is open every day - office hours are 8am-8pm. We would like to remind you about additional payment city tax. We kindly ask you to pay the city tax in cash. A damage deposit of PLN 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 60 PLN applies for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
