Artsy Townhouse, steps to Forsyth - Pro cleaned!

Stay in a artsy, spacious townhouse only one block from the center of Savannah's famous Forsyth Park and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect for families, couples and small groups: fully equipped with wifi, cable, a smart TV -- and your own private garage! Our apartment is pro-cleaned and carefully prepared between each visit. Host is SCAD alumnus! Registered with the City of Savannah: 00580 The space Our spacious townhouse is perfect for families, couples and small groups! The home easily accommodates four, with a spacious king bedroom and ensuite bath, plus a light-filled queen bedroom with hallway bathroom. If you have extra guests, we have a pull-out sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests. The dining room easily sits 6, which is great because the kitchen is perfect for whipping up easy meals while you're in Savannah (not that you'll want to, with so many great restaurants to choose from!) The townhouse has central heating and air, a gas range, as well as a SMART TV, cable, and wifi. Two garage spots come with the unit, and can be accessed via keypad from the courtyard of the building. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use. There is also tons of street parking directly in front of the unit! Every window in the townhouse is oversized and has a leafy view of the beautiful trees on our street. Windows are equipped with custom wood shutters for your privacy so you can let in just enough light for your comfort. Guest access The entire townhouse is for your use! No spaces are off limits. Other things to note The garage spots are optimized for compact cars, so if you have a larger car, SUV or truck, don't worry--there are plenty of street parking spots available. As you probably already know, Fall is hurricane season in the south (specifically June 1 - November 30). It is also the nicest time to visit Savannah, so we get lots of visitors this time of year. Things can get a little chaotic when hurricane season picks up, so we like to have a clear protocol so expectations are understood. Our standard cancellation policy is 50% refund up to 1 week prior to arrival. However, if the National Weather Service issues a "hurricane warning" or "hurricane watch" we will happily offer a full refund if your booking falls in the time period of the warning. If the State of Georgia, City of Savannah or Chatham County issues an evacuation order for any other type of weather, we will also offer a full refund. We have our fingers crossed that we don't have any major storms! I have family in and around Savannah, so we don't take weather warnings lightly.
