This rustic home features a spacious kitchen and family room, one bedroom with a queen and double bed, and one bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub, antique vanity, and shower. A large front porch and back deck overlook an acre lot. Wi-fi and cable are provided, as well as linens, towels, cookware and dinnerware. The space This house dates back over 100 years. Throughout the recent remodeling process, original features were discovered, maintained, and restored allowing the house to keep its charm while being updated with modern conveniences. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and a large front and back yard. Other things to note Because of numerous additions there are changes in floor levels and uneven surfaces. In order to maintain the character of Mam’s House we decided not to change these. Not wheelchair accessible. Three steps to front porch and three steps to deck in rear. Beds are 30 inches tall. Shower is small. Access to other facilities are narrow. We want Mam’s House to be especially clean.
