The space Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club has resort-style amenities including a Waterfront Heated Pool, 3 Lighted Tennis courts, One Pickleball, Boat slips, Fishing dock, Sauna, Gas BBQ, Tiki Huts, Shuffleboard, Hospitality Room, Card Room, Rooftop Patio, and a New Gym (2018) at a small extra fee. The Trolley stops right in front of the community so there's no need to take your car to the many Beach Festivities. And let's not forget...There are two, lighted crosswalks to the Sugar Sand Beach right across the street. An easily accessible and secure parking spot with cover, uniquely assigned to the 512 Unit, is available which comforts your vehicle and prevents other drivers from parking in your space. Extra outside parking spots may be available on a first-come, first served basis. Other things to note A Note Regarding Building Renovations: Our community is currently undergoing exterior renovations to improve the building. We want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly: Work typically occurs weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, which can be quite noisy. However, you can still enjoy peaceful evenings and quiet weekends. We highly recommend spending your daytime at the beach or enjoying the area's many attractions. Good news: The pool is still open.
