The house offers seven guests a modern style, central a/c, and a bright space for relaxation. You can relax on the backyard patio overlooking a private pool when you aren't visiting local beaches and farmers' markets! With East Hampton Village less than a 10-minute drive, this ideal retreat awaits! The pool can be heated for an additional fee. No pets allowed. The space Our home is spacious, bright and was recently renovated. All of the details have been thoughtfully designed so that you can relax when you arrive. We will provide essentials like sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, shampoo, coffee, tea, spices, oils. Guest access A keyless entry code will be provided before check in. Other things to note We will provide a guest manual with detailed instructions about the house prior to your stay and tips for local beach access. It’s important to read and understand the parking restrictions at some of local beaches during the summer season. Our pool is a combo of saline/chlorine and is wonderfully refreshing when heated by the sun. If you request it, the pool can be heated for an additional fee ($125/day).
