2024 Season: Two night minimum. 2025 Season: available for June, July, & August- 1 week rentals only. Must be at least 25 to rent . 6 max occupancy. Remote setting, Sea Grace Cottage offers solitude and tranquility. A large covered deck surrounds the Cottage on three sides. Dogs okay with restrictions/pet fee. (Please see Pets Guidelines). All linens, beach chairs and towels are included in the rental. Kayaks available with waiver. Sea Grace Cottage offers summer rental opportunities, with central heating and cooling, spectrum TV streaming and wireless internet. The reverse osmosis water filtration system provides clean, good tasting drinking water. Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling, the living room, and kitchen, along with the porch, will be the main gathering points while at Sea Grace Cottage. A breakfast bar separates the large galley kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker and drip coffee pot (filters provided). The kitchen is equipped to meet most of your cooking and dining needs: just bring the food! A small laundry room houses the washer/dryer and the owner’s closet. Sea Grace Cottage can accommodate no more than 6 people. Bedroom 1: king bed, walk-in closet, and shared bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds, with walk-in closet and private bath w/walk-in shower. Bunk beds are designed for small adults (under 140 pounds) and children. All bedding and linens are provided at no additional charge. A third shower is located outside the Cottage and is the best option to use after a day at the beach. The property is located at the end of a quiet street, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with 5 other homes. There is no direct access to the water for swimming, but if you would like to put a kayak or canoe in from the Cottage, that can be arranged. Those wishing to use the kayaks provided must sign a Waiver and Release. Cape Lookout National Seashore, consisting of Shackelford, North and South Core Banks, is the premier destination for most people staying in this part of Carteret County. There are also numerous islands, bays, rivers, creeks, and marshes that are worth investigating for one reason or another. These areas are only accessible by boat. Check brochures in Cottage to learn about ferry service. Boating and Kayaking Guide Books/charts as well as information on boating, beaches, and attractions are located in the Cottage's information guide to the area. Access to entire house with exception of owner's closet and sheds. You will be issued a code to access the Cottage during your stay. I will be available via email, phone, or text as needed during your stay. However, should you need someone to come out to the property for any reason, I have many family members nearby who I can call on for assistance. Quiet, family neighborhood. Will need car. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Additional fees may be applied if this rule is violated. Must seek permission to have daytime guests or gatherings. Dogs are allowed with restrictions and additional pet fee of $125.00 per pet. Please see the policies and rules section for more information about pets. Additional fees may apply if this restriction is violated. The kayaks are for use by our guests over 18 years of age for the entire during of the rental period. Each person interested in using the kayaks, will need to review, sign and return the guidelines and waiver for using the boats to receive instructions for accessing the boats. Though we do have PFDs available, you may want to bring your own to ensure a perfect fit. Checkout is strictly enforced. Guests will be charged a $125 if failing to meet checkout deadline as it impacts my ability to have the Cottage ready for the next guests arriving in the afternoon.
