WiFi is great for those of you who still need to do work or school while you’re away! Entire Home To ensure privacy, I won’t be on location, but will be available for questions via text or phone. We do have neighbors that will be keeping an eye on things and letting us know if the noise level is out of hand. Please abide by our 11:00pm quiet time rule. * I do have multiple maintenance people who come out to service the property on a weekly basis. This is scheduled and does not change based on when guests are there. If you are not comfortable with the Gardner, spa person, or pest control coming during your visit, please do not book. These services are important to maintain the property and keep everything in working order. They will not disturb you, they will just be there doing their scheduled maintenance.* Secluded in the countryside with a couple of surrounding neighbors. We are approximately 10-12 min from downtown Ojai in the countryside. Parking on-site. As far as transportation, we are located 10 min from downtown Ojai and Uber and Lyft are not really progressive there. I would suggest a vehicle to get back and forth, especially for larger groups. You can contact Ojai Taxi or Topa Topa Taxi, but these need to be prearranged with them. QUIET TIME IS AT 11:00 PM. If you cannot abide by this, please do not request a booking. We have neighbors that are law enforcement close by and they will not hesitate to knock on the door if the noise level is not appropriate. Please be respectful of them or you will be asked to leave the property. Additionally, NO PARTIES! Only the guests that are put down for the reservation are allowed to be in the home. If you want to bring a pet, you must ask me — you cannot just bring them without approval first. Please include breed, size, and age. Thank you.
