Our garden getaway is nestled off the street behind two houses in a Berkeley walkable setting. It's on the ground floor, private, back wing suite with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed (1 is a sleeper couch), desk & TV along with a 2 sink bathroom. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, & tea kettle. French doors lead to a quiet outdoor area with a table & cozy patio chairs. Dog friendly! PLEASE NOTE This unit does not have a kitchen, living room, or dining room. The space Located 5 blocks from BART, 1 block from the bus stop, and a short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the 4th street district. A favorite among Cal Berkeley associates - Enjoy! Guest access A large backyard with a table and chairs. The tables and chairs are private to your unit but the backyard is shared with other units. During your stay We are not onsite at this property but are available in the app should you need any assistance during your stay. Other things to note This is a private unit with a private entrance on a multi-unit property with a shared backyard space. ***Please note that we require a 3-night minimum for all holiday and summer weekend bookings. We also require 3-night minimum for weekend requests more than 30 days in advance*** PARKING: There is free street parking or we offer one paid parking space inside our gated driveway for $15 per day upon request. This will be based on availability and the fee will be requested upon check-in if you opt in. Cleaning: - We clean between bookings, but not during your stay. - Guests who stay longer than a week are responsible for periodic cleaning. We are happy to arrange weekly cleaning for an additional fee for you if you prefer. Just let us know. Pets (dogs only) 2 max
