Welcome to my paradise! With breathtaking views of the Cascade foothills and Mt. Rainier, you get what you ask for with this perfectly situated guest suite literally within steps of prime lakefront access. This newly remodeled and upgraded (business ready) basement suite is meant for couples who are seeking tranquility from the stresses of everyday life and/or love the water and all its recreational possibilities. I feel confident you'll understand why this place is so special. The space The basement suite is below the main residence and has its own private entry with an easy to use keypad lock system. The space has been recently updated with new amenities that includes amazing views of the lake from a king-sized bed for two, living room area, black out curtains and a spotless full bathroom. Step outside and enjoy your coffee while sitting under a large covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating options and enjoy magnificent views of the Cascade foothills and Mt. Rainier. The fire pit, water and dock system are only 18 steps away, making this setting truly unique. Guest access My guest suite is easily accessible from the driveway. Just walk down towards the water, approximately 20 steps, and then under the covered deck to the basement area. It is the second set of French doors with key lock pad. The fire pit area, yard and dock are shared with the owner. In addition and what sets us apart from others, is a separate 100 feet of waterfront on the west side of the property. Guests are very welcome to enjoy a swim or a sundowner on this side facing west that includes another fire pit, chairs, dock, swim ladder and swim area. This is the best area to relax in the late afternoon or early evening to enjoy the last rays of the day and experience amazing sunsets. During your stay I take COVID19 very seriously, as I have elderly parents, so social distancing and maintaining a clean environment are paramount to the safety of all. I extensively disinfect and clean all areas, including door knobs, sink fixtures, etc. to put you at ease. Other things to note Guests have free access to two Body Glove inflatable stand up paddleboards (SUPs) and two new kayaks. Adjustable paddles, life vests with safety whistles, two new fishing poles and beach towels are available. Use of these items means you accept liability for any potential injuries or accidents. The host is well versed in water sports and is welcome to give advice on proper use and also best places to paddle. Guests are welcome to bring a boat and use my older North Shore boat lift with manual wheel that fits most boats sized 15-25'. I charge an extra $50/day up to a max of $200 (longer stays) for boat moorage payable separately to owner. Ideally located for winter activities. Stays are cozy with a new heating system, flannel linen and many blankets perfect for keeping the cold out. Two boot dryers and a drying rack are available to dry out ski wear.
